Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase.

If you would like to place a special order that does not appear on our site please contact us through Facebook, Instagram or info@raiseyourvibenow.com.au and we will be more than happy to help.

Refunds 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.  

We comply with QLD Office of Fair-Trading regulations on refunds.  We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. 

Exchange Item

If you would like to exchange an item you have received, please contact us at info@raiseyourvibenow.com.au

We will provide a returns form to be filled out and you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.

Upon Raise Your Vibe Now receiving the item, we will process your return excluding any shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only (not return shipping costs).

Faulty Item

If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please contact us at info@raiseyourvibenow.com.au

You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method provided by Raise Your Vibe Now. The return item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon Raise Your Vibe Now receiving the item, we will process your return in the form of a refund or store credit. 

Damaged Item

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@raiseyourvibenow.com.au

We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit to use to purchase something else you would like.

All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $150.00 or more.  Orders under $150.00 ship for a flat rate of $15.00.

As we are a small team, please allow up to 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and dispatch.  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ACTUAL TRANSIT TIME.

Below are AUSPOST delivery estimate periods. 

  • Express Post || METRO AREAS - next BUSINESS day**

  • OTHER AREAS - please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days

These times are an estimate only during normal trading times. Please make allowances for extenuating circumstances and peak periods such a Christmas.

**CURRENTLY DUE TO COVID, NEXT BUSINESS DAY IS NOT GUARANTEED**

Our items are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.

If you choose to have any parcels from Raise Your Vibe Now Safe Dropped to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.

We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on its way to you whilst in transit. We do not like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.

Reasons for “Return to Sender”

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs
